He is survived by: his wife Mary Brown Heath; his sisters, Elizabeth "Mutt" Phillips and Annette Binkley; his children, Johnny Heath (Merie), Bonnie Gaster (Mitchell), Tonya Oakley and Tracy McKee (David); and his grandchildren, James, Catie, Dustin, Jonathan, Dalton, Christopher, Erik and Daniel. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
