She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Jerry Clontz (Olivia) of Monroe, Randy Clontz (Sabrina) of Monroe, Lance Clontz (Amanda) of Monroe, Dawn Tice (Chris) of Monroe, Greg Collins (Alice) of Monroe and Pageland; her siblings, David Carnes (Mary-Ben) of Polkton and Brenda Carnes Sanders of Gastonia; and her grandchildren, Daniel Ridings, Jesse Clontz, Jacob Clontz, Marissa Clontz, Tabitha Eason, Olivia Lawhon, Collin Tice, Addison Tice, Laney Collins and Emma Collins.
