Though Barbara Elizabeth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Rachel Taylor and Edward John Langlands Carnegie; and her husband Charles W. Richards. She is survived by: her siblings, John Carnegie of Plano, TX and Jill Foley of Leesburg, VA; and her children, Robyn (Greg Gribble) of Monroe, NC, Kristina Maxwell of Charlotte, NC and Scott Richards of Austin, TX. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
