With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara St. Lawrence Dawson of Monroe, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara St. Lawrence left this world on May 17, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawrence and Adelaide Payne St. Lawrence. She is survived by: her children, Jason Pettler (Kristin), Leah Ethridge (Bo), Tara Butler (Jeff), Sharon Rager (Ben), Ellen Dawson and Jaina Perry (Donnie); her brother Tom St (Linda); her grandchildren, Meredith (Dominick), Joe, Kaitlin, Kai, Nate, Christian, Jackson, Cassidy, Callie Rose and Keira; and her great grandchildren, Nick and Piper. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home - Indian Trail Chapel (4431 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
