She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Paul Trenning (Lynn) and Anne Elizabeth Trenning; her stepdaughter Melinda Luanne Helms; and her grandchildren, Emily Grace Trenning, Joseph Paul Trenning, Benjamin McBrayer Sasser and Claire Elizabeth Sasser.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Gordon Funeral Service (1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Gordon Funeral Service (1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112).
