He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarence Barnes and Mary Alma Best Barnes; his wife Flonnie Bass Barnes; his great grandchild Seth Cox; and his siblings, Hannah Bass, Vernice Barnes and James Barnes.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Harn (Rick); his grandchildren, Valarie Cox and Bryan Harn; his great grandchildren, Logan Benson (Dillyn), Sam Cox, Deacon Cox, Alex Harn (Brittany) and Camryn Layton (Andrew); and his great great grandchildren, Silas and Sadie Benson.
