He is survived by: his wife Paris Laine Simpson Collins; his children, Chris Collins, Candy Collins (Stephen Curlee) and Robin C. Van Bergen (Mike); his siblings, Tom Collins (Sue) and Jo Ann Cox; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Collins, Liam Collins, Luke Van Bergen and Alison Van Bergen.
