We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 89, Charles Williams of Monroe, North Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Wylie Mae Williams (Howie); and his brothers, Leonard and Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Janice A Williams (Lockwood); and his children, Larry Sharp, Sharon Williams, Wayne Williams (Renee), Charlene Moore (David), Antoinette Coleman (Joseph), Carol Flamer (James), Cheryl Lawson (Barry), Deborah Toliver and Mark Williams (Cheryl). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
