She is survived by: her parents, Justin Deese and Megan Deese; her siblings, Leighton and Rhett Deese; her grandparents, Yvette Deese, Marcia, Tony D'Aprile and Larry Neeley, Sr.; her great-grandparents, Douglas, Terry Kiker and Isabell Deese; her aunts and uncles, Barry (Jessica Tucker), Joshua (Sarah Deese), Jordan (Cali Deese), Victoria (Luke Helms), Larry Neeley, Jr., Cheri D'Aprile and Kelly D'Aprile (Keri D'Aprile); her cousins, Kendall, Grace, Wyatt, Dallas, Jase, Mason, Georgia Grace, Easton, Emery, Whitten and Dawson; and her friend Chloe. She is also survived by many great aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Levine Children's Hospital, 1000 Blythe Blvd.
