He is survived by: his wife Shari; his son David Sierk II (Katy); his grandson David Sierk III (Tripp); his children, Elizabeth Sierk (Jason Costin) and Matthew "Goldenboy" Sierk (Jennifer); his grandchild Crew Sierk; and his siblings, Ruthann Taylor (Ronny) and Philip Sierk (Vilma).
