He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lumas and Dora Williams Tarlton; and his grandchildren, Omar Bizri and Maya Bizri. He is survived by: his wife Joan Cranford Tarlton; his children, Gary Tarlton (Kathy) of China Grove, NC and Donna Bizri (Adnan) of Orlando, FL; his sister Lanelle Richardson (Maurice) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Hannah Bizri, Mona Bizri, Farrah Bizri, Blake McIntosh and Mitchell McIntosh; his great grandchildren, Lexi Grady, Ezra Bizri and Hayden McIntosh; and his niece Ashlie Hancock. He is also survived by loving husband of 65 years, a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather.
