She is survived by: her children, Donny Crook (Lisa), Bobby Crook, Tommy Crook (Valerie), Bill Crook and Patti Treece (David); and her sisters, Virginia Baucom and Carolyn Helms. She is also survived by five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
