With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edith Ann Perry (Monroe, North Carolina), born in Henderson, North Carolina, who passed away on March 11, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard Early and Nettie Anna Hicks Early; her husband Donald Cleveland Perry; and her sister Edna Early Worley. She is survived by: her daughters, Donica Perry Hudson of Banner Elk and Desha Perry of Los Angeles; and her brother Jim Early of Winston Salem.

She became a close friend and confidant. She was a beautiful lady inwardly and outwardly.. Edie was graced with southern charm and had an infectious smile. She will be missed by all who knew her.
