She is survived by: her children, John Polk, Cathy Cherry (Harold) and Randy Polk (Vickie); her grandchildren, Kevin, Missy, Donna, Mark, Brian, Travis, Nikki, Amanda, Hank and Brandon; and her sisters, Colene Hinson and Mavis Smith.
