He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Edgar and Martha Dorsett Parker. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Howie Parker; his siblings, Warren Parker of Lexington, NC and Shirley Parker of Statesville, NC; his sister-in-law Margaret Ezzell of Waxhaw; and his cousin Angie Nance of Statesville, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
