He is survived by: his wife Nancy Haywood Moore of Monroe, NC; his daughters, Julie Moore of Monroe, NC, Cindy Tucker (Randy) of Monroe, NC and Melissa Penegar (Ted) of Monroe, NC; his siblings, Cordia Garrett of Richmond, VA, Linda Rowlls of Lafayette, GA, Cleo Epperson of Bristol, TN, Brenda Rowlette of Bristol, TN, Barbara Burnette of Bristol, TN, Shirley Moore of Asheville, NC and Jimmy Moore of Bristol, TN; his grandchildren, Ashley Therrell (Michael), Daniel Tucker and Bailee Penegar; and his great grandchildren, Noah Therrell and Jackson Therrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
