He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Spangler, Jr. and Hazel Fisher Spangler. He is survived by: his wife Letha H. Spangler; his brother Bruce Spangler; his children, Stephen Spangler, Tony Spangler and Kristi Cascio (Jay); his grandchildren, Sydney, Skyler, Thomas, Noah Spangler, Lilly and Sadie Cascio; and his brothers-in-law, Ned Harvey, Darrell Harvey and Mel Harvey (Mary Pat). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
