She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Augustus Helms and Annie Mae Price Helms; her husband C. "Short" Morris; her son Phillip Morris; and her siblings, Alice Ann Helms and Dallas "Pete" Helms.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Morris (Debbie), Shane Morris (Matoka), Mary Ford (Brian) and Lourie Morris (Darrell Hobbs); her sister Wanda Medlin (Larry); and her grandchildren, Kathy Schaffer (Brock), Sheila Price, Michelle Philemon (Terry), Amy Braswell (Michael), Michael Morris (Sarah), Stacey Smith, Chris Morris (Jennifer) and Whitney Couick (Jonathan). She is also survived by twenty-seven great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
