It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria Hutchison Baker of Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hutchison and Mabel Hutchison; and her sister-in-law Bettye. She is survived by: her husband Charles Baker (Sonny); her son Lee; her daughter-in-law Dianne of Apex, NC; her grandson Chase; her brother Rodney Hutchison; her nephew Tim Hutchison; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Peyton and Mackenzie; her nephew Todd Hutchison; Stephanie, Katie and Grace.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials be made to First Presbyterian Church, Heritage Endowment, 302 East Windsor St., Monroe, NC 28112.
