He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Thomas Billingsley and Tinnie Pressley Billingsley; his wife Deane Haigler Billingsley of Union County; and his siblings, Hugh Billingsley, Oscar Billingsley, Curtis Billingsley, Bill Billingsley, Annie Lee Ferguson and Dorothy Parks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Foster (Donald) of Jacksonville, FL and Gail Howard (George) of Monroe, NC; his grandsons, Seth Foster (Bethany) and George B "Ben" Howard IV (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Briar Howard and George B. Howard V..
