He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Clifford Spurlock and Elizabeth Spurlock; his brothers, Claude Thomas Spurlock and Stanley Spurlock; and his great grandchild Mia Cochran.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Spurlock; his children, Steve Spurlock (Anita) and Pam Thomas (Mitchell); his grandchildren, Megan Lee (Andrew), Anna Cochran (Tyler), Desiree Winslow (Tim) and Brandon Thomas (Leigh); and his great grandchildren, Allister Lee, Hallie Cochran, Jackson Winslow and Hunter Thomas.
