He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elizabeth Harbarger and Isaac Riley Harbarger; and his sisters, Riley, Sara-Mae (Arnold), Mildred, Regina and Linda.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Harbarger; his children, Isaac Richard Harbarger Jr. (Edhis), Joshua Aaron Harbarger and Kristin Darlene Harbarger (Jose); his grandchildren, Abigail, Debora, Vicki, Hunter, MaKayla, Wyatt, Rhylee, Conner, Isaac III, Elliott and Laycee; and his sisters, Josephine, Karen and Bernie.
