He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Wheeler and Joy Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Jennifer Chao (Albert) of Indian Trail, NC and Julie Thomas (Bryan) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Hunter (Julie), Andrew (Jennifer) and Isabella (Julie); his siblings, Dannie Wheeler (Debbie), Susie Boyer (Bob) and Diane Smith; and his cousin Joyce Sutton. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces and nephews.
