He is survived by: his wife Gloria Winfield Barrino; his children, Latrenia Sowell of Wingate, Kellie Belk of Marshville, Sidney Winfield of Monroe and James "Titus" Barrino of Monroe; his grandchildren, Messiah Barrino and Amiyah Blakeney; his goddaughter Gloria; his siblings, Peggy Green (Kelvin), Maxine Clyburn, Wanda Chambers (Archie), Russell Barrino, Michael Barrino and Walter McDougal; and his sisters-in-law, Sylvia Perry of Los Angeles and Burnette Ivey of Monroe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, church family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cremation Care of Monroe (1003 E Franklin St, Monroe, NC 28112). The lying in state was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Christ Bible Discipleship Worship Center (1019 Unarco Rd, Marshville, NC 28103). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
