The lying in state will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bennie Blakely Jr. Memorial Chapel (714 E Franklin St, Monroe, NC 28110). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at the Missionary Baptist Church (1708 Ansonville Rd, Marshville, NC 28103).
