He is survived by: his wife Joann Simmons Winslow; his children, Steve Winslow (Melissa) and Pam Barbour (Doug); his brothers, Hal Worth Winslow (Jan) and William Claude Winslow; his granddaughter Jessica Winslow; and his great grandchild Aurora Winslow.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
