She was predeceased by : her parents, John Andrew Cohen and Marion Gloria Cohen. She is survived by : her husband Marcus Morris of Monroe; her children, Marcus Morris II of Monroe, Kyle Wright of Monroe, Nicholas Morris of Monroe and Paulina Walton of Monroe; her grandchildren, Davonte, Skylar and Mhyland; her sister Gina Branagan of Lincroft, NJ; and her nieces and nephews, Sean, Patrick, Gavin, Jordan, Emily, Amy and Jordan.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home - Indian Trail Chapel (4431 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (8451 Idlewild Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227).
