She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Loyd Baucom and Naomi Helms Baucom; and her husband Eugene Barbee. She is survived by: her son Mitch Barbee (Katie) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Taylor Barbee of Charlotte and Jonathon Barbee (Meredith) of Charlotte; her great grandchild Carter Barbee of Charlotte; her friend Dr. Brownlee; and her caregiver Jennifer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
