He is survived by: his wife Kay Birmingham Plyler; his sons, Wyatt Plyler, Jonathan Culbreth (Janet) and Matt Culbreth (Amanda); his sister Ann Carlton (Steve); his niece Elizabeth Lutv (Zachary); and his grandchildren, Jaxton Culbreth, Pamela Strawderman (Toby), Dalton Downey, Moses Culbreth, Josie Culbreth and Luke Culbreth.
