She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Belk Helms and Grover Cleveland Helms; her husband David "Monk" Aycoth; and her siblings, Ronnie Helms, Michael Helms and Boots Broome of Monroe.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Sybil Helms of Monroe; and her nieces, Mica Whitlow (Tommy) of Midland, Sheila Smith (Billy) of Midland and Molly Davis (Tim) of Monroe. She is also survived by her family, friends.
