He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Norris, Elizabeth Vance (Shawn), Kati Norris and Sarah Norris; his grandchildren, Abigail Norris-Young, Emma Young, Quinn Vance and Colton Vance; and his sister Elaine Pender.
