He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Michael (Amanda), Chris (Morgan) and Stephen (Mallory); his grandchildren, Carson, Emilee, Caden, Mason, Summer and Caroline; his sister Jane Long (Dennis); and his parents-in-law, Bill and Becky Smith.
