She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sherman McCoy and Edith Hall Parrish; her brother Johnny McCoy; her stepfather Arthur Edwin Parrish; and her brother-in-law William Ray Parish.
She is survived by: her daughter Denise Jane Hawse (Rob) of Charlotte, NC.; her husband George Howard Crook; her grandchildren, Matthew, Grant and Brooke; and her siblings, Linda McCoy Parish of Aberdeen, NC and Arthur Edwin Parrish, Jr. (Cyndi Padgette Parrish) of Columbia, SC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and their children.
