He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Austin and Louise Austin. He is survived by: his wife Anne Austin; his daughter Renee Hottle (Rob) of Monroe; his granddaughter Anna Hottle of Charlotte; and his siblings, Larry Austin of Monroe, Phyllis Baucom (Keith) of Alachua, Deloris Croxton (Tom) of Monroe and Karen Carpenter of Peachland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
