He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mills and Lucy Mills; his wife Pamela Jean Mills; his sister Anita Robinson; and his granddaughters, Kinley Hamilton and Gracie Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Betty Jean Hamilton (Treg), Johnny Lee Mills (Danielle) and Jessica Ann Campbell (David); his grandchildren, Jacob Kimbrough, Cameron Ashley, Elyssa Osuch, Ethan Hamilton, Nathan Campbell, Gabriel Campbell and Chloe Mills; his great grandchildren, Lucia Kimbrough, Valerie Hamilton and Kathrynne Campbell; and his sisters, Norma Keziah (Ricky) and Nora Kinard.
