She was predeceased by: her parents, Switchman Cyrus and Mildred Cyrus; and her husband Jimmie Donald. She is survived by: her children, Michael Donald (Sharon) of Sanford and Pamela D. Hogue (Joey) of Monroe; her grandsons, Bradley Parks, Stephen Donald and Brandon Parks; her stepgrandchildren, Jamie Salmon and Chris Prevatte; her great grandchildren, Jenson, Jackson, Lexy, Sebastian, Dylan, Ashtyn, Preston and Landon; her sister Sandra Fix (Jerry); her nieces, Angie Tyree and Tracey Stump; and her sister-in-law Shirley Moorefield.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McEwen Funeral Home of Monroe (204 S Main St, Monroe, NC 28112). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McEwen Colonial Chapel.
