She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Capaan and Leola Woolard Capaan; her husband Frederick Maynard Sr.; and her son Michael J. Maynard. She is survived by: her sons, Frederick E. Maynard Jr. (Kathy), Greg J. Maynard (Wendy) and Ted C. McCoy. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
