She was predeceased by: her parents, Arther Price and Bessie Price; and her siblings, Bunyan Price, Norman Price, Lena Price Floyd, James Price, Ralph Price, Annie Price Foster, Roena Price Trull, Marlyn Price Stegall and Arther Price Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Dewey Spence; her son Larry Underwood (Teresa); her grandchildren, Chris Underwood (Kristi) and Mary Beth Underwood; her great grandchildren, Lydia and Hannah Underwood; and her close friend Lynn Klingensmith.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Price Cemetery (5014 Friendly Baptist Ch Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hermon Baptist Church (9713 Lancaster Hwy, Waxhaw, NC 28173).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Council on Aging (1401 Skyway Drive Monroe, NC 28110).
