She was predeceased by: her parents, Winfred Baucom and Loma Chaney Baucom; and her siblings, Joe Baucom, Earl Baucom, Junior Baucom and Rachel Preslar.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Marvin Carroll; her children, Jayme Carroll (Samantha) and Gena Carroll; her sister Linda Jordan; her grandchildren, Meredith Oehler (Jaret), Mason Carroll, Mallory Carroll, Kalista Starnes, Paxton Starnes and Emerel Starnes; and her caregivers, Heather, Kaye, Lani, Lexine, Mandy and Michael.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Gordon Funeral Service (1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gordon Funeral Chapel (1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112). A burial will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeland Memorial Park (1901 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112).
