She was predeceased by : her husband Tom Cartner; her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Myrtle Rogers Kimbrell; and her brothers, Leroy "Buddy" Kimbrell and Will Kimbrell.
She is survived by : her daughters, June and Doris Cartner; and her sister Bessie Simpson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
