He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Howell; his children, Phyllis Crenshaw (Tony), Becky Harper (Tim) and Paul Howell; his stepsons, Butch Rape (Christy) and Stephen Rape (Melissa); his grandsons, Matthew Wilson and Joshua Rhyner; and his stepson-in-law Tim Jordan.
Phil's contributions to his community, ministry, and family will be cherished by all who had the honor of knowing him.
