She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Moore and Lucille Moore; and her brother Terry Moore. She is survived by: her husband Jerry W. Starnes; her son Jerry Brent Starnes; and her siblings, Tommy Moore (Carolyn), Gary Moore (Lorraine) and Sandra Moore. She is also survived by sister-in-laws, numerous nieces, and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
