He is survived by: his wife Carol Hill Couick; his sons, Kenneth Couick (Louise), Gene Couick (Lisa) and Doug Couick (Tammy); his siblings, Jerry Couick (Lib) and Elizabeth Godfrey; and his grandchildren, Alena Couick, Paul Couick, Travis Couick (Ashley), Selena Caviness (Kevin), Brittany Horne (Garett), Lauren Malmberg (Eric), Tyler Couick and Bradley Couick (Lindsey).
