It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra C. Mills of Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Carnes and Cora Lee Belk Carnes; and her siblings, Ray Carnes and Carol Collins. She is survived by: her close friend John Robert "Bobby" Mills; her child Union; her husband John Robert "Bobby" Mills of Monroe, NC; her son John Garrett Mills (Rachel) of Winston-Salem, NC; her mother-in-law Verla M. Mills of Pageland, SC; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Graves (Tom) of Clemson, SC, Donna Steen (Danny) of Pageland, SC, Stephanie Connor (Don) of Pageland, SC, Lisa Stritt (Brian) of Greenville, SC and Kelly Collins (Shawna) of Old Fort, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
