She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hartis and Mary Lee Hasty Hartis; and her husband Thomas "Ray" Johnson. She is survived by: her son Harold Johnson; her grandchildren, Pamela Baldinger (Adam), Krystal Johnson, Lee Johnson (Mary) and Jacob Johnson; and her siblings, Larry Hartis (Bonnie), Dale Hartis (Mary Lou), Carolyn Stegall (Werley) and Kenneth Hartis (Janice). She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Life and Legacy Funerals and Cremations (6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Price Cemetery (5014 Friendly Baptist Ch Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079).
