He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph David Ferriell and Shirlee Ann Ferriell; and his sister Tonya Jo Ferriell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ferriell; his children, Christopher Ferriell (Angie) of Columbia, SC, Mark Ferriell (Nancy) of Manning, SC, Heather Phifer (Russell) of Monroe, NC, Shelley Homan of Maineville, OH and Jamie Ferriell of Monroe, NC; his stepdaughters, Tasha Jones (Kris) of Kannapolis, NC and Stephanie Frutig of New Braunfels, TX.; and his brother Brian Ferriell (Stacey) of Matthews, NC. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
