He is survived by: his mother Dolores Spurlock; his wife Anita Williams Spurlock; his daughters, Megan Lee (Andrew) and Anna Cochran (Tyler); his grandchildren, Hallie Cochran, Allister Lee and Caroline Cochran; his sister Pam Thomas (Mitchell); and his mother-in-law Jean Tarlton.
