She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Hampton Baucom and Eunice Broome Baucom; her siblings, Joe Baucom, Kenneth Baucom, Thurman Baucom and Hazel McCollum; and her granddaughter Amanda Helms.
She is survived by: her husband Henry "Frank" Pope Sr.; her children, Phil Helms (Kelly) and Sherry Love (Denning); her stepchildren, Frank Pope Jr. and Angela Wallace; her grandchildren, Nikki Harvey (Jody), Clint Helms, Dillon Love (Aki), Vince Pope and Anna Pope; her great grandchildren, Brenton Harvey, Ayden Harvey, Oakley Helms and Asher Helms; and her siblings, Hayne Baucom and Marie Taylor.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 West Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe NC 28110.
