With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wendell Price of Monroe, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 6, 2025 at the age of 91. In the sacred silence of farewell, Wendell is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Wendell's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Price and Flonnie Price; his wife Margie Price; and his brothers, Olin Price and Tim Price.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Price (Melinda), Cindy Mertz (Mike) and Barry Price (Tammy); and his brother Nelson Price. He is also survived by six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
