We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2023, at the age of 98, Willene Edwards (Monroe, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her significant other Stanley Howard Edwards; her sons, Stanley Howard (Debra) of Raleigh, Joel Lynn (Beth) of Mocksville, Allen Richard (Susan) of Statesville and Kevin Lee (Chris) of Charlotte; and her grandchildren, Daniel, Jennifer, Ben, Will, Lindsay, Jon, Taylor and Duncan. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, you may consider contributions in her memory to High Hill Primitive Baptist Church, Hospice of Union County, or the charity or service organization of your choice.
